Orders made within 6 days before shipping date will be sent in the next shipping date available.

In some cases, the tracking only update when:

- the package was posted;
- when the package leaves Brazil to the destination country;
- When the package was delivered.

Shipping can take 20-35 business days.
If your package takes more time, please leave us a message or email with your order number and tracking code and we can check with the post office.
We only can open a oficial claim when this period is over.
